We are looking for a full time Client Liaison Officer to manage all of our clinic enquiries and communications, to help ensure a 5-star experience for all patients prior to and after their visit.
About the role
Starting immediately, the role will be full time Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm, and based at our Parramatta clinic. However, you will initially undergo training from our Double Bay clinic.
You will be the first point of contact for all enquiries, so you will be an absolute star when it comes to communications. A real people-person, you will have an exceptional phone manner, with a warm and friendly disposition and eager to liaise with clients, assisting with any issues or queries they might have. You will also be exceptional over email, and pride yourself on excellent grammar and no typos, responding to emails in a timely manner.
We experience a high volume of enquiries and phone calls, so we expect our candidate to have incredible time management and multitasking skills, as well as remaining calm under pressure.
Experience in a similar role within the dermal/aesthetic industry favoured, as you will need to explain treatments to prospective clients, recommend treatments for various outcomes and desires, and answer any questions they may have including pre and post care, contraindications, adverse reactions, etc.
