  • I have a special occasion - How far in advance should I book my treatment?

We would be honoured to prep your skin prior to your event, and ensure a beautiful glow on your big day. Some advance planning may be required depending on your desired outcome and which treatment you opt for. As an example, for our Hydration Boosting Injections, 3 treatments are recommended for best results, spaced several weeks apart. It is for this reason that we recommend you visit us 4-6 months prior to a special occasion, or more than 6 months prior to your wedding if you (like many) are looking for a long-term skin regime.

  • I heard there are many different types of wrinkle-relaxers and dermal filler injectables - what's the difference?

Correct, there are various brands and products available. We stock several here at All Saints, but here in Australia, it is not legal for clinics to use or advertise these names online. Products can vary in their structure, longevity, performance, and viscosity (thickness/resistance). Your practitioner will select their chosen products based on your individual needs and desires, and the specific area being treated. It is a tailored process, ensuring natural results that are personalised to you. There is no one-size-fits-all! Here at All Saints, we use the highest quality injectable products on the market, and our elite doctors; most of whom are global ambassadors for their chosen brands, will provide a solution perfect for you.

  • Should I arrive early for my appointment?

We want you to receive the best possible service during your visit here, which includes your appointment running smoothly and on time. We welcome you to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment, so you can enjoy a few moments of relaxation in our luxurious waiting rooms whilst completing your COVID-safe check in and client consultation forms.

  • Do you offer Afterpay?

Yes, we accept Afterpay for treatments, gift vouchers and purchases via our online store.

  • How do I take care of my skin at home between treatments?

In-clinic treatments are only a part of your journey towards optimal skin health, and a homecare regime is absolutely essential to ensure the best possible results. Your expert skin therapist will consult with you regarding your at-home skin needs, or you can visit our online store if you need a top up of your favourite skin essentials.

  • Where do I find aftercare advice?

When you book in for your treatment, any important aftercare advice you need to know in advance will be shared with you at the time. Your practitioner will carefully walk you through your post-treatment aftercare during your appointment, and we encourage any and all of our patients to reach out via phone or email if you have any concerns or simply forget the details. We’re all human after all!

  • Do I have to remove makeup before my appointment?

One of our most common All Saints FAQs! Many of our treatments require a completely clean, dry and makeup-free face to carry out, including most of our lasers and prior to numbing cream. Arriving without makeup with help us deliver your appointment smoothly and on-time.
