Cancellation Policy

To address the increased demand for appointments and to maintain our commitment to helping our clients to achieve their skin goals, we require a booking deposit to secure your appointment and minimise late cancellations.

CANCELLATION FEE

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we require at least 48 hours’ notice (not including Sundays or public holidays).

If you cancel or reschedule your booking 48 hours or less prior to your appointment time, or fail to attend a booked appointment, we reserve the right to charge a fee using the deposit supplied at the time of booking.

BOOKING DEPOSIT

We require a deposit of $150 for therapists and $350 for Doctors, which will be charged to your credit card at the time of booking. This amount is redeemable at the time of treatment or can be held for your future appointments.

Any cancellation or rescheduling of your appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice, or failure to attend, will result in your deposit being forfeited.
